I'm heading to brands hatch this weekend (from somerset) i'm watching a band in brighton sat night before going to brands on the sunday.
Am i better off staying in a b&b in brighton on sat night or heading to brands late sat night and camping at the track?
Also if i go for the b&b and get grandstand tickets are the seats numbered of just 1st come 1st served?

I can say for definite the numbers are allocated so you do have your own seat.Am i better off staying in a b&b in brighton on sat night or heading to brands late sat night and camping at the track?

For you information there is a brand new Premier Inn opened in Swanley which is about five miles down the road and about 10 mins form the M25 if you are interested.
Although this may be fully booked by now.

Would you advice getting near to brands late sat night rather than on sunday? I fi was in brighton i was planning on leaving 8am Sunday so should get to brands by 9.30.
I theory you should be ok on that time frame however, you have the M25 lottery to contend with and the the crowd for this event if normally very big.Simple answer leave plenty of time.
Also, don't leave it late if you need to somewhere in the evening, it took me over an hour to leave the circuit last time due the traffic leaving so bear that in mind
