Well the racing required wet tyres then dry weather tyres then wet tyres and that was pretty much how the weekend wentrolleyes Not that any of the action was dampend in any way. Very close racing with it's fair share of spins driving

MSVR do a good job with their meetings, but why do they tarnish their name by inviting weak series such as Heritage GT?
I hour and 15 mins of 11 cars, this once great series needs to ship up or ship out.

I did look for no. 55 on Sunday wondered if you were there.

Is the beast rebuilt then after it tried to kill you mate.

No 55 is all sorted tks. I wasn't driving (would've been on saturday), but hopefully out again at Donington mid-August.

Outstanding mate good to hear.

Did it turn out to be as expensive as first thought?

I was there on the Sunday reporting on the Trackday Trophy series. Really enjoyed the day as the weekend hosted varied championships. I enjoyed the Radicals and Heritage GTs (shame about numbers but love the 911 and Ronchetti Sunbeam).

I shall be putting a few of my piccies up later from Sunday. Unfortunately, no pics from the Sunbeam race due arriving too late for the first and getting fed up after being pcensoredd on all day and going home as the next one started when I got bloomin' soaked anyway walking to the car.curse

Does anybody know whether the mini (various) drivers were ok after some fairly nasty smacks including the particularly nasty Armco collision by the Marshals hut on the approach to Druids.
