Can anyone recommend an insurance company that will cover my trailer? (Wessex flatbed worth about £1500). It's presently on my car policy with the NFU, but the premium's gone up 50% this year so I'm looking to move, but I may need to insure the trailer separately.

Spoke to Richard Egger (Now REIS) but they only cover trailers as an extension of a car policy.

But ... Stoneways (http://www.stonewaysinsurance.co.uk/) do separate trailer cover (although they do require a formal written valuation). They'll cover my Wessex, worth about £1500, for £60.65 a year, which is fine.
