Very interesting! thanks for the heads up.

Currently at over £2k and i can't imagine it's worth that? Not much salvageable by the looks of it?

The front wheels look very 'Cooper'or possibly Brabham to me - they're not minilites.

The front uprights appear to be Alford and Adler (I think) which was a proprietary part used a lot in the 60s (including on some GP cars as well as things like Lotus 7s)

Thanks.
.........

Twin 40's on a Kent engine and rear drum brakes???

Very odd. Nor worth what it's up to on Ebay IMHO.

Initial thought was a homebuilt hillclimb car givethe Heath Robinson appearance, its certainly doesnt look neat enough to be from the likes of March et al but i think its a 1000cc F3 car.

Just need to go through a few archives to find out what was taking place on 18th October 1970.
It would appear that there was an event at Brands Hatch http://www.1000ccf3historicracingassociation.org.u... and confirmed here, see camaro picture

could have been an entrant in this race

I'll have a look in a few old MotorSports when I am back at my parents....

I love the "pink floyd" graffiti on the garage wall!
