Can someone hire me their boat for a day?

Ok, visitor time again. 4 adults, 6 kids. I need a boat for the day and don't fancy spending AED800 per person on the usual tourist thing.
I was thinking a few hours driving around. Stop for a snorkel and a swim, then back home.

Any ideas?
