I think that link might cover it but basically, if you do not have a specific skill or are in middle to senior management you will be competing with very cheap labour from India and SE Asia.
If you have experience in management with recognisable brands then you might have a chance but if you are involved in the front line delivery or supervision you will probably struggle.
Also, recruiters and employers know how difficult it is to get people out here so may not take you seriously if you are not in country or if you have a long notice period. It is more than possible to turn up here and get a job whilst on a tourist visa but you recruiter meetings lined up or you need good contacts in your industry to get you introduced to people.
