Hire a Car with Chauffer in Dubai

I would like to hire a car with Chauffer for 14 days in Dubai. Can anyone recommend a company?

Would taxis not do? Cheap, never have to wait long, and generally, not a clue where the hell they are going.

Im not from dubai, but i am living here, yes.
