ETA, sorry - bit obvious perhaps; guessing you're, erm, undercover? Do you know anyone who works for the car registration place or DEWA?

You were serious about phoning them??!!!!

Well, seems I've been stitched up by my Satellite tely supplier. I apid him in cash and received no receipt. I fear it may be a tiny, weeny bit illegal how he gets all these channels. Anyhow, they've become scrambled and to cut a very, very long story, he won't come round and fix it. Oh, he also said that if I call him again he will report me to the police for harrassment. He may have a pouint given I called him approx 50 times in 1 evening!
So, now I;m weighing upwhether it's worth setting up some kind of sting, or simply getting some personal details abd giving them to the police.
