Transport to Yas Marina Circuit?

I have a mate coming to visit me in Dubai next week and we've got tickets for the F1.

I will drive us down to the circuit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but I think he is quite keen on checking out whatever is going on there on Thursday afternoon. I will be working on Thursday so I'm trying to find out the best way of him getting there under his own steam.

Any ideas?

You can get a normal taxi for around 170 aed each way.

I went last year, 2 days was more than enough. 3 days or more and he will be bored.
