What a dump. Popped in there last night, and what a horrible atmosphere. Particularly nice was the gent at the bar with "666" tattoo'd on his neck looking ready for a row. There were plenty of others who I didn't think existed in Dubai....Stinks of a ste London pub that I was keen to get away from.
Oh, and the Guiness? Absolute toilet. It could be poured in one hit, and was fully settled in the 4 seconds it took the guy to leave the pump and bring it to me.
Shame, as there aren't too many places like that here.

Havent been there for years but last time I was there I wasnt impressed....
Anyway, right now i would rather be able to go to a stty hole of a pub than not at all!!! Got my Ramadan calculations way wrong!
Hopefully the pub in Bahrain airport will be open on weds night.... (pleasepleaseplease!!!) if not then thursday afternoon with the parents it is!! Good old dad just got back from France too with a boot of 1664

Agreed. Cheap, edible food, relatively affordable beer and plenty of room. Fun with lots of mates in the winter. Staff are terminally miserable though.Gassing Station | Middle East | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
