Hi Guys, read on here before about Barasti...so going to definitely check that out. Any other good night spots?

We normally go to Royal Mirage, Atlantis and Medinat for shisha and drinks, however just thought if there are any other places you recommend

thanks

Check 'Time Out' magazine in Dubai.

Irish village is a good night out.

...if you're a bunch of lads - then follow the trail of 'Ladies Nights' at the hotel bars - where the ladies drink for free.

Bur Dubai - lots of "less questionable" hotels around there with bars that "attract" just the sort of ladies that a lads holiday would expect hahahahaha

- Chi at The Lodge is also a good place to go.
- Whacksies on a Friday brunch is a hoot (although have not been myself for some time now)
- Rattlesnake Bar is another "good" place to hang out (literally)

when are you expected out i.e. what days?

Thanks yorky...hahaha...I know exactly what you mean...this is the 3rd time we are going...love it there.

cheers for the place names...other places I have looked at are 360 Jumeirah

Tamanya Terrace

Sho Cho

we are flying out this sunday, 18th April, until 25th

we went all out this time and have gone for a villa on the palm...thought if you go to Dubai, you have got to do it properly

It really does depend what you are looking for.

The crowd for 360, Atlantis, Sho Cho's Budda Bar et al will be very different to the Waxy's, IV, Bur Dubai etc.

Although having said that i frequent both, must be a confused puppy!

Chi @ the Lodge is a long time favourite, been going on and off since I was 14 and had to climb over the wall then hide from my folks smile
