Yeah, will probably go along if i dont go to the UFC in Abu Dhabi the night before. The crap spectating at Losail always puts me off a bit.

Oh, not a good circuit to visit then? Having never been to one, I thought this would be my best chance!

It's a fantastic circuit, if you're on the track. Facilities are ok but the only place to spectate is the main stand which is on the long straight. Once you've seen them go by flat out a few times it gets pretty boring.

From looking at it on Google Earth, it looks like there is nowhere else to view the track from! Short of standing in the desert that is.

Chilli, I know your a bike man but sounds like the GP trip might be a bit of a let down unless your thinking about entering!
Why not come up to Bahrain for the F1 next month instead?

Yeah, I think this might be a good idea.....Can watch the bikes on the tely I spose.

Can get a great view of the track - from the pit lane or the safety car...

Anybody make it to the drag racing up in the Industrial Area at the weekend? First time i've ever seen drag racing and it was pretty impressive. The guys on the bikes have got balls like watermelons. Those things are a fast track to death if you ask me. Think FTD was 3.74 seconds at 207mph. I think the track was an 1/8th of a mile.

The noise is spectacular and probably second only to the Panoz's or Corvettes at Le Mans.
