Video from a balcony with fog and a toy giraffe..

Not going for the unofficial PH weirdest thread title prize, but I'm looking for a link to a videoclip someone posted on PH a while ago. Its taken from the balcony of a flat in Dubai, (I think, might have been AD), in the fog panning left to right and just at the end of it they had a toy giraffe raise its head into the frame..

Tried searching on youtube but no luck.. Anyone any ideas?

I think I've somewhat ruined the surprise by mentioning the giraffe, but I'd have had no chance of finding it without that detail..
