Office space - Dubai?

Despite current downturn it seems like I would have to find office space in Dubai before summer. Does anyone have expericence with what to expect to pay in monthly rent for a (small) office with shared service facilities?
Preferably in new(ish) building and centrally located. Any tips welcome!
