I'm not much of a shopper - know exactly what I want, go in, get it, get out.

I do have problems with suits though - I'm a real fussy bugger.

Anyway - was looking for something for the missus and happen to stumble in there and they had the Ladybird promotion - got a few Oswald Boateng suits for 30% off - not old stuff either, new collection - best off the peg suits I've ever bought.

Just a heads up. In case you hear about the promotion - done at random times for one day only.

Having lived in Dubai so long you should know by now to get yourself down to a good tailor in Bur Dubai and he will do you a bespoke suit in any cloth you like for about 1/4 of UK prices, unless you go for the Lanificio Cerruti cloth. I recommend Kachin's, the master tailor is very competent, listens carefully to your full instructions (I doubt you would be fussier than me!) and you can have as many fittings as you like before you are fully satisfied. Problem is the sales staff are hopeless (ever since their main guy left earlier this year). Make sure you give them as full a description as possible of the exact fit and finish you are looking for (an accompanying photograph is always helpful - they can copy any style you like).

Since arriving 7 years ago, I have never bought off the peg and probably never will again.
