Recommend a Jeep transmission specialist?

Hi all

My Jeep Grand Cherokee is making a funny noise - loud low frequency howl from 40kph to 120kph, increases with roadspeed, noise present when accelerating/driving, silent when coasting/unwieghted over bumps, not gear dependent (OD on/off makes no difference).

So far, three 'experts' have diagnosed 1) transfer case 2) front diff and 3) rear diff. Who out there in Dubai really knows their stuff?
