Time to kill before flight in Abu Dhabi

Hi folks

Currently here on business, flying back to the uk 02.45 tonight. Got all day to kill and wouldn't mind trying to do something petrol head related. Are there any karting tracks that do arrive and drive, or something along those lines?

Suggestions appreciated!

You might be a bit stuck for time if you are in Abu Dhabi - there is a kart track at the Autodrome in Dubai that may give you what you need.

On the other hand, it's only an hours drive from the airport to the Autodrome so you could probably manage it with ease.

Thanks for that. Went to the autodrome last time and managed to blag free entry to the GP2 testing they had going on which helped whittle away a few hours. Would like to stay in abu dhabi and not travel up to Dubai if poss.

There is nothing for a petrolhead to do in AUH city, however, 45 mins away is an awesome Kart Track in Al Ain, brand spanking new. Give that one a whirl next time you are in AUH.
