Has Haymarket paid to move NZ to the Middle East?
Yes, your country is currently being towed into its proper resting place by several large ships powered by all the hamsters that should be powering our servers!Has Haymarket paid to move NZ to the Middle East?
Either that or I selected the the wrong forum when I first moved this!

EMIRATES RAIL NETWORK
Toll Roads - 4dhs every time you cross a gate - I haven't billed billed a penny for 6 months as it doesn't work properly
Insurance - done as a percentage of the value of the car - A stupid system that doesn't take into account age or experience - very expensive for sporty cars.
Driving Laws - none that I know of
Emirates Rail Network - years away.

Driving Laws - none that I know of Guidelines only, in quick cars you can play "dodge the jingly".
Emirates Rail Network - years away. And years, and years.

Hi All,
I'm looking at a couple of opportunities in Dubai at the the moment along with my other half, in terms of insurance how does it work ? Assuming the employer sorts out getting a local driving license is it an issue to have UK points on your license? and also an at fault accident within the last year.
Will these things impact on job offers which include company vehicle and also will they impact greatly on private insurance.
Cant wait to join you all

As far as I know - UK no claims (or lack of) will not create any problems whatsoever - you'll just have to pay a bit more. When I insured the Porsche, it was 6% of the value of the car.
It was 4yrs ago but I can't even remember if they even looked at my paper bit for my licence - then again, I didn't have any points anyway.
