Need a favour, please!

hi All, I'm looking for the use of a battery charger or battery booster pack to get me started again. The car is an old Lexus ES300, and the (newish) battery has enough juice for all the lights, but not to turn the engine. Alternator is "weak", but once the engine fires, it runs fine. I'm in Al Barsha 2 behind the Saudi German Hospital, so I was wondering if anyone nearby can help? I can't come to you (doh!) but will gladly return any equipment once I get this thing running. And not, I've tried the battery companies, but right now I need the call-out fee for food... Life is tough - can you help me make it a little lighter? Thanks! Jonathan 050 461 2614
