Scallop label help

Hi all,

It’s a long shot but if anyone is in a shop selling scallops could they take a photo of the food label?

I’m looking to start exporting scallops to UAE early next year and we are at an event in February where I’ll need to package scallops for potential retailers.

surely there should be a prize for this level of thread randomness....

i love scallops but have never seen them pre-packed in the uae. most supermarkets have a fresh fish counter, even tesco metro sized local ones.

Yes most scallops are served on ice wells, any packaging would be done in store, only 2 brands who would do enough volume spinneys and Carrefour

the bigger market would be hotel chains and restaurant groups, they often airfreight in chilled produce
