Remind me again, who else is in Ranches?
Discussion
Just taken the plunge, dxbtiger Jnr arrived 4th of July and we've very quickly outgrown the place in JVT.
Made the fatal mistake of telling her earlier in the week to go and find her favourite 3M or 3E in Reem, so I've now have to shell out for a single row 2E.
White picket fences and beers at the golf club here we come.

Palmera 3 resident here (well until May at least).
Will be hard to leave to be honest. I know Villa's are a little smaller and outdated but as a community it can't be faulted imo. Well looked after and nice n green.
We are currently just in a 2 bed but ideally need 3 bed next time round, so we will see.
Gotta love having a local on the doorstep though :-)

Yep, as a community it's great, we tend to already do our Wednesday club beers at Maison Mathis as a mate is in Palmera so this makes the stumble home even easier. Will be hard to leave to be honest. I was Alma 1 for three years but now at The Villa. Paying less for a house twice the size. Ranches was great but loving The Villa
Alma's location is awesome, pub one side, shops the other, but sadly more than we wanted to pay for the size, I can't believe what the prices have dropped to, initially thought about Mira but made no sense going further out given the price we got this for, it's a 3.5 bed basically with a toy room for me and the boy downstairs.V8_Fastback said:
Girlfriend has just moved into Palmera 3, give me a wave if you see the mustang around (when it cools down a bit....)
Aye will do. Your car is epic by the way! Was chatting to my mate about your readers car thread. Will certainly look.....listen out for you.We love it here, just need a tad more space now. Contemplating either a Palmera type B next (although not much bigger from our C). Failing that, either Alma or Al Reem is possible and even Mira if push comes to shove. Mira ticks a alot of boxes, so it'll be a tough call.
It's certainly not been without its problems though that's for sure! It's back on the road now - yea I'm sure you'll hear me far before you see me. I'll try and keep the roads free of rubber deposits.
Ranches seem very nice from what I've seen so far, makes a difference to be somewhere established and green. Ditto above about the speedbumps!
