Architect/ CAD drawer type person?

Does anyone know of anyone who can measure, design and create plans for my pool? It's only small, but need it done properly as I need to submit plans to the relevant government department.
Would like a professional outfit as don't want to keep re-submitting, so knowing the regs would help. Had a few contractors round and whilst they are capable of digging a hole, they have no idea what the requirements are.

Are you heating cooling the pool,

Regulations are pretty straight forward and most pool specialist companies do it for you. The most common problem we find is the additional electric load puts you over the allocated TLC and there is rarely enough room to do a decent install for pool plant.

On the fancy Villas we do at the palm, Arabian ranches emirates hills the pool package is normally picked up by the land scape guys. Companies like terraverde pup up a lot.

Will add a heater, but not a chiller.
Called loads of contractors, but Nome of them can do the drawings. Can't even find the regs...one company said it had to be a metre away from all walls e.g. , but my last one wasn't. The planning department refuse to call or e-mail me back.
