Transfers from Dubai International Airport

I'm looking for a private car transfer from Dubai International Airport to Ras Al Khaimah.

Can anyone suggest any reliable/reasonable priced ways of booking one?

or just go through arrivals as normal and take the option of either marked taxi or private lexus at 2x the cost. they are literally hundreds of taxis queued up at arrivals.
