Hullo all,

I need to find some people to do the following work on a villa in the Springs, that are a) trustworthy and b) won’t charge stupid prices

• Complete re-landscape of the garden
• Outside structural work (moving an entrance / installing a patio door where there are currently windows etc.)
• Internal structural work (removing walls in-between rooms / creating storage under the stairs etc.)
• Painting
• Electrical work

Then at a later date:
• Installing wood flooring
• Installing wooden shutters in each of the rooms
• Re-doing a kitchen
• Installing a TV room

Anyone have any recommendations please?

Thanks
Claire

Can't help with a recommendation on that level of work Claire, just remember that Emaar will require full drawings and permits before they will allow security to let the contractors on site, those permits have to be applied for in person and can take a fair while to get...

I work with several companies, but they won't be cheap esp compared to you typical house bashers as its normally buying the top floor of a 5 star hotel and converting it to a penthouse type stuff.

Ian and Sheila who race the patrol just had their pad done i will ask if they would recommend them.
