The time has come to leave Dubai for our next adventure. What was originally meant to be a short work assignment ended up being a lot longer and a great experience. This place has been very good to me, I met the Mrs here, had a great job traveling around some amazing places in M.E and Africa as well as making some life long friends. Next stop is Prague and hopefully a life with a bit more of the great outdoors, more familiar culture, closer to the family and much more choice in beer
We've just starting to plan our move, so was wondering if anyone has any relocation companies they could recommend for taking all out stuff back to Europe? We've also got two cats so any suggestions for a caring company to handle moving them would be much appreciated. There's also a good deal to be had on some pork with a big arse if you know what I mean
Lastly, many thanks to everyone on here over the last few years for all the advice and helpful pointers. It's a great community and been a pleasure to meet those of you I've bumped in to.
Cheers!

DKC (Dubai Kennels and Cattery) - they managed our cats coming from UK to here, and we will use them for getting to the next destination when the time comes. We have also recommended to others doing the journey either way, and they have been equally as pleased with the service.NOTE - depending on animals in question, there are some that cannot be flown (due to heat) at certain times of year. One of our neighbours had to get her cats shipped back a couple of weeks ago, and if she had not done so would have had to wait until it had cooled down (in October I think!). They were some long haired cats though, rather than moggies.
Thanks, just dropped DKC an email. Website is also very helpful.
Cheers

i used relogulf on the way out here but a quick google suggests you avoid them and their 2 affiliates:

prague is an interesting move, great scope for some proper GT driving trips.
