As some of you know I help run ZRT Motorsport (official title "Sporting Director" LoL) with other Pistonheaders shirt, Jason and RaBailey. We had a documentary shot on our build-up and participation in this years Dubai 24hr race (results chronicled earlier in the year).

The good news is that Emirates / Quantas airlines have taken the documentary and it is now on their ICE system.

So if you are flying either airline and want to watch a bit of motorsport then look for "Labour of Love", the only downside being you get to see my ugly mug a few times.

Just watched this Ian, was great, having owned and tracked 3 DC5s, and had Honda race cars I really enjoyed it. Shame about the engines on race day.

Is this available anywhere else to view?

We are in discussions with other media outlets at the moments so we cannot upload the documentary to a video sharing site.

We learnt so many things last year (it was the teams 1st ever Endurance race) and we are much stronger this year. Take a look at www.zrtmotorsport.com website for further details (especially the post on where the team members are based!)

As and when we can / have uploaded I will post on here.

@Craig. Cheers mate. It will be strange to watch it on flight and see myself there.

I am tempted at check-in to ask for upgrades given they have a film star on their flight..........

@Jay: We never 100% got to the bottom of it. But for the next event we have 2 custom built Honda K20A motors.

For those who maybe didn't see our documentary on the Dubai 24hr race from 2015 it is still showing on Emirates Airlines and below is an revamped preview.

The director is a guy called Caglar Malli who really has shot some superb short films. Check out his other work on the vimeo channel. Some very artistic work.
