Anyone used VIP Luxury car rental Dubai?

Just wondering if anyone has used these guys, good, bad etc? http://www.vip-luxury.com/

Also how is Jebel Hafeet in the winter, it will the second week of December. I was thinking of going on a Friday and leaving Dubai around 8am? Would like to go when its quite, heard roads are quite on a Friday.
