Dial-A-Battery Dubai - good experience

Parked the car this morning to drop the little guy off to school, came back and 'click' and nothing - dead as a dodo.

Called RSA who said would sent a techie out. Had a call within 5 mins from Dial-A-Battery to confirm location. 10 mins later another call that the guy was at The Villa finishing a job and would be there in 30-45mins. Arrived in 40 mins.

Replaced battery and also replaced the part that goes onto the terminal (amazingly some rubbish one that appeared to be coke can metal and ready to snap just by looking at it) with some proper hunk of metal.

600AED all in and done in 20 mins

I am not sure what the batteries retail for here but given the speed, turnaround and what he did in the blazing sun, I was very happy.

Christopher was the guy's name.

Anyways, recommended if anyone needs a battery urgently

Can fully back this up, I got them out a few months ago for a battery on a Cayenne. Arrived within 30 minutes at 5pm, fitted and checked the battery, and left. Great service and a really decent price.

Yup I've used these guys or 800 battery I forget which and they were good.
