Anyone seen a "X" prefix before? I saw X22 this morning.

Thanks for listening!

Yep, seen a few X plates over the last few months.

Also seen R, S, T, W and saw both P and Q long before they came out.
There's a couple of large horse studs out towards Al Qudra, often spot very very nice plates around there. the X plate was on a white Rangie, saw it in Nad Al Sheba whilst I was riding the Spinneys 92.

Would love to know how they get these plates so long before they should be available.

Spot quite a few X's around DFC, not sure if the Al Futtaim family have a bunch of them or not but they are always single or double digit plates so must be someone who is connected.

Not Al-Futtaim - there's are all three digit, A-E letter, same three digits on each.

Also, they have A1, A6 and A8 registrations.

The X, Z plates are currently reserved for only those with serious wasta and bank balances.

Was a thing in the news about the futtaims having the biggest collection of A single digits in Dubai recently, cant remember where I saw it though.

So you could in theory walk into RTA and buy an X if you had enough cash and knew someone of course.

Was following a V 3 digit last night, cant recall seeing any V's about before.

The A1 and A8 plates were on two Toyota Centuries. Idk if they still have the same plate or not.
