After the fannying around with new landlord/rent increases etc I've decided to move anyway as the building site I overlook is now operating 24/7 and its almost as bad getting into this place after the Tram left turn closures as it was when they were building the dam thing.. Not going far, (I can see the place from here), but not much time to do the actual move so planning to outsource the whole thing.. Any recommendations?

Thanks James - will give them a call and sort..

Del - Just around the corner to one of the Original Six buildings. Much as I like the place I'm in now, the disruption from almost constant building works is a pain in the proverbial as is the traffic. With the changes in road layout due to no left turns I now have 4 sets of lights to go through each of which can easily delay me by 5 minutes so not worth staying - its doubled the time it takes me to leave SZR and park because a variety of muppets can't avoid driving into the side of a tram.. banghead

Surprised you've stayed in that area at all to be honest... I wouldn't even consider Marina / JBR etc
Even JLT is less of a hassle (and that's saying something!!)

I used "On The Move" for a move within the Marina after a recommendation on here. Good job, nothing damaged and excellent price.

Did think of moving further afield, but I have to be in Abu Dhabi more or less every day and so Marina/JLT seemed convenient. JBR is a complete write off as far as I am concerned and any further up SZR adds time everyday without saving much money. A friend in Greens has another 20 minutes at the end of the day to what I have now for example and another in Mirdiff has 45 minutes to an hour after I stop. Just don't want that after a day in Abu Dhabi.. Did look at JLT, but didn't find anything before the place I've just agreed to came up. Hopefully I have one set of lights to wait at on the way back in and thats it..
