Any one hear of MAG recon engines (Sharjah)

Hi chaps
a friend needs a fresh Toyota 2ZZ engine. Probably long block.
A quick google throws-up MAG based in Sharjah.
I've asked a few garages, but no one's heard of them.
So anyone... ?
