Recommendations on cat boarding?

Sorry for another 'what do you recommend?'

We will be going on holidays shortly and need to put the two cats into boarding.

Any recommendations on who to use (not to use!) would be great

We used DKC for importing our cats and although not used for cattery yet, we did look around whilst we were there sorting the paperwork out.

They were very good.

I was never too comfortable with the idea of a cattery, so we opted for pet sitting instead. We used a lady called Sabrina Hoehn at dubaipetsitting.com ([e-mail]), although this was back in 2011 (though I see the website is still running).

Very professional and highly recommended. She also happens to be a petrolhead as well (used to race in Autocross in the early years).

Sounds like a an Extreme sport carried out after 12 pints, all you need is one cat and a set of stairs...

Her indoors does cat sitting and dog walking, she's been doing it for years. Where are you based as she only does it in and around new dubai though.

I can highly recommend Urban Tails, our cat has been 4 times in the last 20 months and have been fine.

You can even tap into the CCTV on your phone to see the play areas that they are allowed into.

Agree with other comments, wasn't particularly happy to put them into a cattery. We use Homely Petz - they have been brilliant. Really seem to care for the cats, give you a daily update, and will send you pictures! Will also water plants etc. website - www.homelypetz.com
