Played golf with a guy that is building the tram, he said it would take 3 weeks max for this to happen.

He was wrong, it's not even open yet is it??

Bugger, I had 2 weeks in the office sweepstake.

Very surprised that it wasn't a taxi or a Landcruiser though.

Nope - loads more to come. It'll be a constant problem and will cause ten times more traffic issues than it was meant to solve.

I was told ages back that the metro wasn't initiated to alleviate traffic but to meet certain infrastructure requirements for one of the large global organisations - WTO or some such.

Maybe the same.
