As a slightly more discrete way of getting some very serious v8 muscle twinned with a decent 'box (think it's an uprated ZF a la BMW?) this has to be a winner. I expect the handling is going to be 'interesting' , but I guess that's part of the charm. Rather like to look of it, in white at least. Any one know if this engine / spec is coming to the UAE as an option?

At about $63k that is certainly some bang for the buck.

Extremely sad I know but could not help download the ringtone of the engine note;

Bought a Dodge Durango as the family wagon earlier this year and it is a hoot, 8 speed paddle shift, 5.7 hemi V8.... they certainly know how to make their muscle cars. Can only imagine the grin inducement potential of a 700hp saloon, fuel consumption only marginally more expensive than the replacement rear rubber every 3/4000 km I suspect.

I was at the SZR dealership this week and they confirmed they would have the challenger later this year, so presumably they will get the charger too. No details on pricing yet but they indicated 250k plus.

Nothing confirmed about local availability yet - SZR showroom are speculating.

I'm working on some launch events for it now with the guys at Trading Enterprises and it will likely be Q1. Cost has not been confirmed to the management at TE either.
