Anyone seen this car showroom spring up?

Been watching the building go up for months - thought it might be a new Waitrose close to my house smile no such luck....

....instead it turns out to be another bloody used car dealership. Bah.

They dont even stock new cars with any warranty left, or service contracts, just some old dusty relics.

Silly old cars like Porsche 959, Jaguar e-types/XJ220, old Lambo Countaches, I think there might be some a P4, F40 and some other Ferrari stuff.

Never mind.

They. . . . . . sorry, a completely independant, un-biased and un-related person posted how great they were on another gulf based car forum and got flamed.

not flamed as such rich, merely called out by an extremely sceptical [but very good looking] forum member smile

i spotted tomini's ads in the autotrader ages ago, it caught my eye as they had half a dozen extremely tasty old porsches - 911T, ST replica, 2.7rs etc. since then they have been building the showroon and increasing their online catalogue but noone has seen any of the cars in the metal. they certainly seem genuine and must have the requisite funds behind them judging by that showroom. will be interesting to see how well they fare and what the emirati take on high end classics will be. good luck to them.

the guy on gph made a very gushing post about how amazing tomini's cars are etc. despite the showroom not being open for business. smacked on the typical naive viral marketing in the uae. i for one can't wait for them to open so i can go salivate over the cars, but wky forum marketing does annoy me.

It's where 24th St. running through Al Barsha 2 meets Um Suquim St.

I think these guys have been building a substantial collection for a couple of years. I saw photography of some of their cars (about 15) over a year ago and they are impressive - photography by a very well respected local media house.

So that's where that p4 I saw on the flatbed was destined for.

Live just down the road so will definitely go for a nose around when they open. Looks like my idea of heaven!

I've seen the collection and I have to say that it is impressive as we delivered a fully restored 1964 E-Type to them for storage. They've got double-decker storage racks for their cars in the mini warehouse and a number of vehicles on the showroom floor. They'll be opening in September when the manager gets back from the US after another series of classic car auctions.

Went here the other day. Excellent place, manager was very good and friendly. He was happy to take us around the showroom. It's well worth a visit, some beautiful cars on display!

I still can't find it. Is this near the Emirates Mall turn off?

Coming from SZR Interchange 4, go over the first bridge by Lulu (MoE turn-off) and take the next exit. Sitting at the lights you will see the building on the corner in front of you.

Go straight at these lights and there is a turning into the service road where you can loop back around and pull up to the building.

I suspect there will be a stream of visitors there soon.

Perhaps a suitable location of a Saturday Service UAE!

Found it.

Closed today as expected, but from what I saw through the window the collection is incredible. 250 California SWB, F50, LP400 Countach, Diablo GT, DB4, E Type, Espada, 250 Lusso, GT40....... and a 288 GTO! Jesus Christ.

I will be back on Sunday when they are open for a proper look.

Popped past today. Didn't see a 250 SWB but the 330 LMB in the window (which looks very similar to the 250) is stunning. A cool $25m+!!!

The 330 in the window is a replica. As is the 250 GTO.

The 250 California Spider is the SWB version.

I had look through the windows on Friday. Some absolutely amazing stuff there. The security guard must have thought I was casing the joint so he came out to check on me. We got chatting and I asked him if he takes any of them out for a spin on a Friday, Ferris Bueller style. Just got the standard confused head wobble response. Will pop in again next time I'm in that neck of the woods.
