I need to borrow a Macbook cable

Does anyone have the cable that allows me to connect a Macbook to an External screen?
I'm trying to help a colleague figure out if it's the LCD panel on his machine that's failed or something else and I don't have this adaptor.

Yup - got a VGA and DVI adaptor with me - can drop one round after work if you like, but different models of macbook may have different adaptors (i.e pro or air for sure, and I think age is impotent too) so it may not be the right one.. Have you a spare monitor to try it with at home?

I have monitors coming out of my ears (meaning I can borrow one from the office lol) so that's not an issue...
Would be grateful for the assist and will have the kettle on!

What kind of time are you likely to be passing by?

Not sure yet, but hopefully a damm site earlier than the 8pm I've been leaving Abu Dhabi most of this week. I'll give you a call when I'm on the road - hopefully be back in Dubai well before 6..
