AED 7,000 annually for full cover with AXA. Direct billing.

Company pays.

The biggest factor I've seen is your age. Me, being a 42 year old wreck, costs about USD1,900 a year for the all-singing and dancing policy. I've been quoted just over AED3,000 for a 32 year old staff member, but the cover hasn't got the bells and whistles.

Hmm, I have to pay 2300/year, no bells and whistles, deducted from my salary. Just had 650 deducted for "visa change" whatever that is.
Feeling pretty cheesed off.

Flying home tonight for holibobs, worry about it in 2 weeks.

Mexico is calling me for my next move abroad biggrin

You know when you know you're being screwed, just in small ways, but it's the principle of it.

I'm over an hour early for check in, wish I had some wine hehe

Hey, I've known that all my life!

Rach, TBH it sounds like your contract is a st one....holiday pay deferred till next year...or something? They are taking the piss. Are you actively looking for a new job?

Slim pickings in the job market, met a newly started place but it would have been out of the frying pan and into the fire.
Started my TEFL though smile
