Moving Companies

I will be moving apartments in a couple of weeks (moving to JVC). In the past I have used Writer Relocations a few times (overall very good) but I was wondering who in Dubai have used other companies and how did they find their services?

We used Yalla in the past....brilliant service. Wouldn't let us touch a thing. We sat on the sofa saying "bedroom" , " dining room" etc, and everything was labelled and bubble wrapped. Not a thing damaged, and all in its place. They even connected the telly etc which was handy. IIRC it was about AED1,100.

We've used the same guys for last 2 moves JBR-Greens, Greens-JVT

Packed everything, most we paid was 1200 I think, I'll get the missus to send me the number as she is off today.

I've used Al-Futtaim logistics and so has my Dad. His 3bd apartment cost 1,200AED to move (an incredible amount of stuff) and they will unpack the other end for you, rebuild furniture and set up TV etc.

Having started to sort stuff out I have to following for sale :

1) A3 HP printer
2) A4 HP 4 in 1 printer /scanner / copier / fax
3) 1 full set of golf clubs
4) 1 set of irons, driver, 2 wood and putter
5) 2 golf bags
6) 40 brand new yellow golf balls
7) 3 IKEA lights that are perfect for kids (2 ceiling mounted globes and 1 wall mounted bee / butterfly set)
8) Yamaha electric guitar

I'm not sure what type of moving you want to do (IE: do you want a full covered van, everything bubble wrapped etc)

If you're not so bothered about that then I would recommend Muhammad on 050 858 6087

I (and friends) have now used him no less than 8 times and I wouldn't even look anywhere else were I to move again.
His prices are excellent and his men are real grafters yet careful with it.
