Motorbike Clean/Strip - Properly

Hi all,
So, I ended up buying a Ducati Sport Classic - Paul Smart. Couldn't help it, I love em.

Anyways, I need to get it cleaned...properly. As in panels off and detailed properly. Every nut and bolt.

Now, we all know places which can do cars, but where can do a bike. Properly. So it looks like new.
