Lady in the office has a maximum budget of 185,000 and wants to buy new.
She likes the A5 but needs more suggestions. The 3 series doesn't really do it for her, and she's looking at a c-Class tomorrow.

Anyone with a good suggestion? She wants comfortable, but a little sporty, and 4 seats.

Cheers.

Hmmm, not sure it's big enough for her. Let's leave it there!

does 4 seats mean it has to have 4 doors?

2 doors is cool, just needs the seats. The Charger SRT and a Rouche (whatever it's called) Mustang were rejected.

chargers are horrible, good to know she has eyes.

i'd suggest something small and sleek over big and brash, but lady friendly is a tough and narrow market. i assume she wants a premium brand?

take a look at the merc cla or gla, they're pretty fresh and funky and much better looking than a boggo c class saloon or 4 door 3 series. volvo v40 a cheaper option attempting the same vibe.

3 series hard top convertible?
c or e class coupe [the e is very nice]

at a pinch, vw scirocco r?

Scirocco was a good shout, but she said the Golf was too small, so guessing this would be roughly the same?
Can't see anything wrong with a 3 series myself.

should hold it's value compared with others also!
