Bit of both but mainly the latter. I'm completely under-utilised and very frustrated.

Well I've just been asked by a lazy line manager of the company that I'm seconded to to fill out a job description form.
Its a blatent attempt to get me to do his work for him, not only that but its obvious the work I am doing is so that he can put an advert out there to replace me!
