Hi,

I'm having a lot of trouble finding n-rated tyres for the cayman here in Abu Dhabi. Even if I resort to going for non-rated tyres, the shops out here can't seem to supply me with the same model front and back tyres.

Thinking that maybe I'd have more luck in Dubai.

Anyone on here had similar problem s?

Open to any tyre shop recommendations that you may have.

Thanks.

I asked the Porsche service centre in Dubai for a quote (just to get an idea of cost) for new tyres while my car was being serviced. They told me it would take them 3 months to get a set of 18" tyres for a Cayman!

The tyre shop past abu dhabi mall got N rated tyres for my cayenne. Not sure they can do the same for a cayman. Can ali and sons really not help?

Hi Yorky, thanks for following up.
Front: 235/40 zr18
Back: 265/40 zr18

TNW, do you think that 19" would be easier to come by?

Sent a request off to Bridgestone, see what they say.

Bridgestone have nothing in stock and are not sure if the below tyres will be in their next shipment arriving in April.

here are the tyres and prices:

Mmmmmmmmmmm, that did not come out too well! Basically, after discount: AED1,200 each for the fronts and AED1,424 each for the rears.

You've not done too bad, Porsche quoted me 7,5K for 4!

As a member of Evolve.ae (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) get 20% on Bridgestone tyres.

Hi all,

Thanks for responding.

I gave in and went for non-rated michelins.

I had 2 separate dealers say my tyre sizes are "old" (whatever that means). I suspect I'll be better off with 19" if I want to have an easier time finding the tyres that I want.
