I need to hire a warehouse. Was thinking of around 3,000 sq ft and not tooooooo fussed where it is. Anyone have any contacts etc other than Dubizzle?!

You'll need an on shore LLC trade license to rent a warehouse, so make sure you have your paperwork in order first.

Best rates are out in DIP, around 24Dhs a sq ft at the moment. I can get you some numbers if you want, but have a look at www.propertyfinder.ae as a first bet

3000 sq ft is a decent size too - I have a warehouse in Al Serkal that's 3200sq ft and is plenty big enough.

What you looking to do with it if you don't mind me asking?

i can put you in touch with the landlord for jebel ali industrial. that's a very cheap area. rent will account for about a 1/3 of your annual costs, the other fees involved are exorbitant and sadly the cost of doing business here.

any chance you could get one slightly larger than required for the PH workshops?

i'm finally back in dub on saturday mate, if that job is still on the cards we should meet up.

Just found a 2,800sq ft warehouse in DIP for 70,000 on that website. Perfect. Seeing it tomorrow
