Does anyone have a RELIABLE contact for The Spings..?

My boss is looking for a new villa and so far its proving to be a right PIA with agents.

Also if anyone has floor plans for the different villa types - or can tell me where to find them, that would also be appreciated and make my life a helluva lot easier.

Cheers
Claire

Hi Claire

Contact Jo Parker at Allsopp and Allsopp (jo@allsoppandalsopp.com)
we've been dealing with her since I arrived here and she's probably the best agent I've come accross.
She has, I think, now moved on from rentals to sales but she'll sort you out if you mention my name.

Floorplans are here

What issue is he facing?

Why won't the - find type he wants on Dubizzle, view to check location, pay deposit there and then approach work?

I was dreading actually finding our place, did it in one evening.

She is French and fussy and its me doing all the leg work.
I know roughly what she is looking for but need to pull up a shortlist and then take it from there.
She also just wants a reliable agent or direct landlord.

So you know the Type (1,2,3 or 4) and whether it is an E or M she wants?

Also whether she wants to be near SZ or the other new entrance?

Useful map with locations of all the Springs - http://www.rafflesis.com/asset/images/nursery/Emir...

I still think Dubizzle is the best resource, you may be lukcy enough to get an owner direct but not likely. Otherwise at least you get access to all agencies rather than limiting yourself to one, very few agents will do a split on a lease that small.

Type 1, 2 or 3E
Not near the road or noisy community areas
She is in 15 right now and likes that area

She is curently in a 1E so needs either a 1E, 2E but will go to a 3E if she must.

This is why I need to make a shortlist for her to see. A couple of villas in each type.

180 max, preferably cheaper though hence the downsizing to a 2E or 3E.

She has a lot of furniture that she brought over from France - stuff thats been in the familiy for ages, and if she sends it back - she has to pay tax.

So thats why she wants a similar size.
