How to get a Dubai Numberplate (Show plates)

I have been searching the net with no luck

I am after some Dubai Plates just for show plates


Can anyone help me???

No chance of getting a real set unless you steal them or go to great lengths to get a copy made up from someone who has a car and is willing to get a police report saying (falsely) that they'd been lost/stolen.

Don't necessarily need a police report.
I lost a front plate playing in the desert last winter, popped into RTA Barsha with the ownership docs etc and they made me up a new plate there and then for a small fee.
