Been naughty - how to pay fine?

Did a U-Turn in an area not allowed apparently. Obviously someone spotted me and I got a fine.
No problem...

But. I'm not able to pay online, I have to present licence and pay.
Where do I do this? At the RTA?
The website is pretty unclear.

Wait until the vehicle needs a new licence. You can pay it then.

Cheers, yea would have been easier.

Just sat in the queue for 2 hours in the RTA... I didn't know if there was a time limit for the payment to be made so sat it out.

Anyway, it seems I couldn't pay online as I got 4 black points on licence too! Points and 200dhs for turning around on a dead quiet road, guess I won't do that again!

I can't help but feel a little disappointed - I was expecting to open this post and see "got done doing 250 on beach road, can anyone help me rob a bank to pay the fine"
