Friend of a friend is offloading one, 2006, 34k kms for 150k AED final.

Not for me but seems cheap so thought I'd spread the word.

Let me know if you want further info.

edit - It's a manual

edit 2, sorry. 37k kms, dark silver, tan leather

could well be interested in that, I've been looking to change the Corvette for a while and an Aston for the summer could be just the ticket.
Where's the car based, possible you could get some photos / more details (history etc) mailed across please?

Car is in Al Ain (expat owned) and that is as much as I know.

Has FSH and that is all I know, have just asked my mate how I can get you more info, might as well just put you in touch with the owner if poss.

I've mailed you via PH, let me know if you don't receive it.

that is ridiculously cheap. if honest then someone should buy it just to turn an easy 50k profit.

I'm betting its that cheap because the Aston Dealer has offered him a stupidly low offer...because they can and because it's a manual. I hate the dealers here...they mostly take the royal piss when you trade up.

Quite likely to be the case, I had a long chat with the owner last night and he's selling due to an upgrade to a V12V
the 150k price isn't actually accurate, he wants more than that for the car, but it does sound like an A1 vehicle... previously the DP of Al Habtoor motors' private car, FSH etc etc

It's this car

He has someone looking at it this afternoon, if they don't buy it then I'll be taking a look this evening.
It's not the exact colour scheme I would personally choose and I had promised myself a soft top but I've always wanted to tick the V8V box and this may be a good chance!

wrong time to sell a car like this and it needs to be advertised in Dubai- no one looks at cars not advertised in Dubai

Yep, interior is 'different' and it's a tin-top when I'd promised myself a cabrio.... that said, if the price is right and the history is all there then I can't see me losing much in the short term...

Drove to Al Ain to see the car this afternoon... interior is a little less challenging in the flesh but still not what I would choose.
The rest of the car is pretty damn good though, a coupld of marks on the lowest edge of the front bumper but apart from that it appears a genuine, unabused example.

I've put an offer in and await the owner's response tomorrow.

Alas I never had a response to my offer and the car is now removed from Dubizzle.
I know the owner was going away today so I'm assuming that my offer wasn't good enough.

The hunt continues.....
