R32...Passat, I think?

Bloody quick, aren't they? Was behind one at the lights yesterday and he disappeared within seconds. I was in wafting mode, but doubt I'd have caught him.

I've got a mate over here with one, drives it enthusiastically most if not all of the time.
It's quick, yes, but not exactly fun.

Hmmm, not sure but didn't look brand new, but I'm sure it would left me for dead. It was that nice blue colour, twin pipes, sounded little bad-buoy.

It's an R36, the R32 is only available in Golf form.

R36 (Passat) is faster than R32 (Golf) by half a second. It is also rare to spot a R36 in Dubai...not that the R32 is very common.

I have the R32 and it is definitely a fun car. And the sounds it makes is very, very addictive. Also has a high level of grip, which means you can take on and off ramps very fast

I've just checked the figures and it's similar to mine, if not a tad slower. Praps his was fettled!

Probably of little or no regard but thought i should mention, I've veen in the UAE for just under 2 weeks and I've spotted 3 Golf Mk5 R32's and just one black Passat R36.
