Any lawyers on the board?

I fancy working out there, so thought I'd pick your brains on the current state of the legal market.

I'm in the oilfield; we seem to be employing more lawyers than sales staff at the moment.

Although our head legal council has a penchant for young Russian female lawyers.

You are not young, female, and Russian, by any chance?

commercial, property and financial lawyers are all in demand. i'm not a lawyer, but have several good friends who are. i can pass on any queries if you like.

catsuma is our only resident lawyer but rarely posts.

Will do. Tapping up the rec cons now to start making enquiries. Fancy commercial/corporate in either media/TMT or O&G so I can go inhouse.

Not sure I can cope with the size of document lists in banking!!
