Thinking about selling my CR8 and buying a new focus ST - will I be disappointed?

New ones only AED 95k.

I love the CR8 pace and noise buts its a bit big for my needs and can't use the power that often. It's also 5 years old now

Thanks

You live in a place where petrol costs the same as water.

I'm sure the focus is a great car, but it remains a ford focus.

Get one in the UK when you are getting raped for fuel and insurance.

I had a CR8 in Riyadh for 2 years, it was a manual, had loads of fun with it, filling the tank cost the equivalent of 6 quid. My only frustration was when I wanted to make progress the thing wanted to slide. Putting the power down accurately in Riyadh at least, was difficult especially when you're actually in a hurry!

I expect the ford might have better traction?

Have had no traction issues with the CR8 - very planted in my opinion but i dont drive it too hard. The focus is supposedly a very good all rounder and it an attractive option as it has 5 doors, reasonable performance, decent price etc. My CR8 is getting a bit old now but I think i will be keeping it for a while yet!
